ABOUT ME

Thomas is the Co-Founder of Chattanooga Property Solutions where they help homeowners find solutions for the properties they’re interested in selling.

He began his journey in real estate in 2004, his goal was to earn additional income and later on, it turned to a passion. Thomas is currently managing several real estate companies such as North River Properties LLC which is a single-family house leasing company, Synergy Property Group brokered by eXp Realty which aims to help homebuyers in getting their dream home and seller’s get the most for there house. He’s also the co-Founder of Chattanooga Property Solutions, whose main goal is to help homeowners sell their house fast, easy and stress free, regardless if they can buy it or not, they go an extra mile in helping them sell their house.

For over 15 years in the real estate business, Thomas has acquired extensive knowledge about the market and has established a phenomenal network of contacts throughout the industry, from banks to mortgage brokers, to construction and many more. His team strongly believes in creating wealth and success through real estate investing, for this reason they have been dedicated in working with investors who’s looking to purchase their first investment property or maybe looking to expand their portfolio.

 Outside of work, Thomas loves spending time with family and being an active member of Hixon Presbyterian Church. He’s involved with Sunday school, outreach opportunities, and strategic planning.  He’s happily married to Cindy, who’s a native of Chattanooga, and they’ve been blessed to adopt three wonderful children, Tabitha, Eli, and Colin. They do a lot of outdoor activities together and some of their favorite things are enjoying the natural beauty of the Chattanooga are and live music.
